I originally wanted to give this 4* for a 4.5* rating but I was totally engrossed in this book from the beginning so I couldn't not give it 5*! (A broken kindle being the only reason it took me longer than usual to read) I loved the story being told by academic historians as it gave a subject matter (Dracula and vampires) I normally would never read a clever intriguing perspective. Highly recommend! I would definitely read another Elizabeth Kostova book.
