I did the audio version of this book and I’m glad I did. There are a lot of layers to Queenie as a whole and eerily reminded how easily people can become a little co dependent or naive during a “break” from a relationship. While our female main character is flawed, she is still portrayed as real and owns up to her mistakes. This was a great slice of life and shows you the power of having a support group & taking care of your mental health needs.
