Burn for You by Annabel Joseph

5.0

I don't hand out 5 stars lightly! The problems I had with the previous novellas were dealt with wonderfully in this book. These characters were real and human and interesting and complicated. I was drawn in and this story didn't let me go until I finished!

Mephisto is a fascinating hero. He's strong and intelligent but he's also flawed and he grows. Same with Molly, who started out much like she'd been in the prequels and had more growing to do than anyone else. Her struggle was real and I sympathized with it.

I loved the evolution of their relationship. Every bit of it. I would heartily recommend this book to anyone... that's saying something as I don't generally go for 24/7 Master/slave relationship stories.
