margaret & the mystery of the missing body is a feminist, queer, coming-of-age story that follows margaret at ages 12 & 16 (& briefly as an adult) as she navigates friendship, crushes, an eating disorder & growing up when she doesn’t want to. vibes are “the babysitter’s club” meets “nancy drew”  meets “girl, interrupted” meets “the magic  schoolbus” (sort of). I read this in one night & enjoyed it!
