Never seriously considered veganism, but I could cut down on a few things. Will try eating more brown rice, sweet potatoes & beans. Will chew more before swallowing. Will attempt to add miso soup, mochi & green tea to my diet. Will try to cut down on cheese intake. Am going to ignore the advice to go light on herbs and spices; no fun!
