this book had potential, but i don’t think it was carried out very well. the fact that it was told in verse literally had no point except to be a little pretentious and ~quirky~. the plot was interesting but everything happened so fast that i actually got whiplash, and all of the characters were super flat and i didn’t care about them at all. the whole thing with lucy was out of place and honestly her character didn’t add anything to the story. i feel like nothing was actually explained in the book and the ending was rushed. disappointed that a protagonist with my name had to do me dirty like this smh :/
