It seems like for two people wanting to make it pro in their designated sports, they spend a lot of time doing anything but that sport. But don't worry, somehow they still manage to be the best in their said sports. Yeah, yeah, not the point of the book, but still.

This read to me a bit more like a more readable diary than a novel, but I like some more character-driven stories occasionally. Overall, it was fine but way too long, and by the end, I was skimming through because I was bored. Stassie should have gotten some money back on therapy for someone telling her to continue working on her partnership with Aaron. That whole thing was bananas - I'm sure there are other figure skating partners to choose from. Yeahhhhh, she comes to terms with some stuff near the end, but, again, still. Things were a bit too one-dimensional for my tastes, and I simply could not get into reading about the lives of some college kids, but to each their own! Epilogue made me minus a whole other star.
