Difficult and confusing to understand at first, the most beautiful aspect of this book is it's language. It's very poetic and associative and I don't think I've ever read anything quite like it. Most certainly not in this genre.
I loved getting glimpses into fantastical worlds, imagined pasts and futures tied together by the beautiful, soulbaring love letters of the two protagonists who fall in love between their lines. I really enjoyed reading a sapphic book where the sexuality between the main characters is treated as such normalcy that it isn't even mentioned.

PS: This was the first time I ever considered annotating a book because the language was just *that* stunning.
