I didn't know what to think about the book when I started reading it.
I couldn't even get the genre. The only thing that I was sure of is that it is an MM romance.
With that said, I knew that it could go either way. I could hate it as easily as I could like it.
I definitely liked it.
The writing is so nice and the characters are just lovely. Not only the MCs, but even the side characters are also well thought out and a huge part of the story.
Still a bit confused about the genre because I realized there is a vast combination of them.
I could describe this book as a Historical MM Romance taking place in an Omegaverse with Mpreg situations.
There is knotting but no shifters. That was the most confusing part for me, but I assume I just haven't read sth like this before and it is actually a thing.
The trope you ask? Hurt/Comfort. The sweetest hurt/comfort I've ever read actually.
Putting aside my confusions etc. the story keeps you entertained and interested.
I will definitely read more books from this author!
