Liked this one too.  What I enjoy about Pratchett novels is I can read them fast, they're funny and engaging, and the villains are satisfyingly awful and are assured to get a satisfying comeuppance.  I also like that the novels are very place-rooted; Ankh-Morpork and the Discworld come to life on the page.  The things I don't like are generally the usual stuff you get with a white male English author, but not terrible for all that (and certainly worse in the earlier novels than later ones). I'd like to branch out after this but, from the perspective of a reading slump, this one's a classic for a reason.
