"I loved meeting new people and seeing parts of the world that teenage me could only dream about in this small town. I loved sleeping under the stars and listening to cowboy poetry and getting stupid tattoos. But most of all, I love that at the end of it, I got to come back here. To you."

Can your first love truly be your last? Oh Lyla Sage…. You just keep getting better and better!! When this book was announced I knew I was gonna love it and boy was I right. This is by far my favorite in the series. Wild & Wrangled is the fourth book in the Rebel Blue Ranch series and follows Camille (the mother of Riley, Gus’ daughter) and Dusty (ranch hand at Rebel Blue). Dusty and Cam dated in high school, but haven’t really seen or been around each other since then (15 years ago)… until Cam gets left at the alter.

Dusty. Fucking. Tucker. He is everything I want in a book boyfriend. Charming, adventurous, flirtatious, confident in a non-arrogant way, completely obsessed with his love interest. He’s the human version of sunshine. Did I mention hot? Tattooed? Nose ring? Crop tops? The PINING in here is next level. I love when a story has flashbacks; the ones in here are so integral to the story. We get to watch them fall in and out and in of love spanning over 15 years.

This had me crying multiple times. Their love story is so beautiful and patient. And I loved the short story that was included at the end of this. What a beautiful conclusion to the series. 🥹

"And I know it's different, but if I had a second chance to be with the person who felt like the sun and rain and air and everything, I would take it without another thought."
