Eliza and Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia

4.0

4.5 stars honestly. I loved this book. it hit all of the right places so so well and made me feel right at home. The graphics fit well within the story without taking too much away and without being distracting. What takes away that last half a star is the fact that the synopsis on the back completely gives away the revel of Wallace’s online presence, and to be frank, ruined that whole experience for me. you know immediately who his alter ego is the second they introduce him because they gave it away completely on the back of the book. I’m really bummed about that and not getting a genuine experience on that revel.

I, as an anxiety disorder having human, thought the author handled that aspect of the book with great care. I HIGHLY recommend this book. Heartbreaking and heart warming with a satisfying ending and epilogue. What’s there to complain about?
