i’m not usually one to cry at books but the ending of this one had me uncontrollably ugly sobbing. boyt has such a unique writing style, i’ve never seen anything like it. it’s at times rambling like a running brook, and then all of a sudden so pinpoint, so concise. truly a remarkable achievement in literature this one is.
