I saw a booktuber recommend this book, it was available on Scribd so I heard the audiobook.

The whole concept is to stop dieting, basically eat whatever you want, whenever you want it. This won't make you lose weight it will only help you get out of the starvation mode all the dieting has put you through.

She talks about some science to back her claims, the most impactful to me was to learn that the 1,600 calories recommended pretty much by everybody is considered starving your body. She mentions a study done with men, it was very interesting. Also, I had't stop to think fat people could be anorexic, and of course the could be! We never worry when fat people stop eating or eat ridiculous small amount of foods, instead we encourage it.

I find iroric she criticizes diet books, and the money we spend on diets, pills and diet books, while writing one
