I have a particular fondness for books that focus on a limited cast, in a small space--think The Lawrence Browne Affair, by Cat Sebastian, or Room, by Emma Donoghue. Here, too, a good chunk of the book focuses on Cecily and Roy, in Cecily's home. That narrow scope, from a writing perspective, can generate really interesting results--plot evolutions that happen strictly via interiority, for example.

Anyway, this book is also t4t and has fascinating magic in it--a quick, satisfying read :]!
