The Sweetest Chirp by Toni Aleo

5.0

Toni just has a way of giving all the emotions in her book. Her books also, although fiction, seem like the obstacles, frustrations, issues are so real.

Audrina and Thatcher have been besties since birth, literally as they were next to each other in the hospital in the newborn room. They of course develop feelings for the other but due to the risk of losing the friendship, they are friend zoned until Audrina takes the leap. Due to a huge blow up, miscommunication and well, Thatcher being a man who doesn't know how to handle his feelings, Audrina runs away. After, three years, he finds her and she had a baby.

Okay, at first the three year thing drove me batty, but I get it! and I don't and I wanted to throttle her! lol They both had some growing up to do and throughout the book you see it. Especially from hot-headed Thatcher! These two are soulmates and so adorable together. Their daughter is simply adorable. I love how Thatcher just knew she was hers!!!!

This book was filled with emotional up and downs and I am so happy to see that Thatcher and Audrina got their HEA!
