An interesting [b:Civil War|91714|Civil War (Marvel Comics)|Mark Millar|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1240064525s/91714.jpg|577888] tie-in that elaborates how the Punisher got in with Captain America, got his superspy suit, and got kicked out of the anti-registration heroes. I like this iteration of the Punisher as a normal guy, only mad and with lots of guns, that goes after supervillains. Stilt Man totally has it coming.
