Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.

tried to read it when i was much younger because i had read the hobbit and lotr trilogy and found the map glued inside the household copy to be fascinating but it proved to be a much denser and less inviting text than the stories i had completed previously. do rather wish to try tackling it again now that i'm much older and have a greater understanding/respect for the purpose of the text but need to acquire a copy of my own as no longer have access to the lovely early edition that i grew up with.
