Did not finish book.
ironically, i stopped because it was boring.
i was under the impression that this would be more like self-help and there would be tips on how to reduce screen time and increase productivity and overall well being. but after reading a little bit myself and reading some reviews, that does not seem to be what the book is mainly about.
