This book is a good introduction for anyone diving into the world of D&D or just hungry for a thrilling read. Unlike many, it skips the usual slow setup, vividly painting the Underdark's landscape, drow politics, and monsters.
It's definitely not a dull origin story here-just pure, fantasy action goodness (no spice though!). Looking forward to the next book... well, 32 books from the Legend of Drizzt!
