This book read like one of these Christian books I used to devour but this time it's Buddhist. Filled to the brim with personal stories that kind of tangentially make the point he was making, stories from the Buddhist lore that are actually quite horrifying when you really think denkt them, etcetera. I can imagine how this book is super impressive if you aren't familiar with the genre, but for me it muddied the waters rather than providing a guiding light.
