Buck Wild by Lauren Landish

This book made me realize what I want in the books I read - conflict. I need there to be some obstacles that the MCs have to get over, work through, or even survive. I don't like it when everything just comes together easy as you please. I need angst, drama, and tension. And this book had none of those things. It was well written, and I liked the characters, especially James's family. He is the perfect guy, caring and romantic. He loves his family and knows how to turn on the steam in the bedroom. Sophie is the perfect girl, kind and sassy. She is a hard worker and friendly to everyone she meets. These two are perfect together. The book was their love story, from first meeting to happily ever after. There was a tiny subplot about a nefarious neighbor, but it never got off the ground enough to worry me. If you like books like that, this one is definitely a must-read. But it's not the book for me, and that's okay.
