I was about halfway through this when I found out this was the author’s debut novel. Wow! I loved seeing the flashbacks and I do enjoy a good second chance romance trope so that helped too.
A reminder that things that are worth it aren’t always the easiest to get right the first time and that patience and communication go a long way.
Honestly could have done without the epilogue, but still enjoyed the ending.
