Very seldom do I get all the way through a book, hopeful and eager for a killer ending, only for the last 50 pages to lower my opinion of the story so greatly that I only rate it one star. This was one of them. It was a quick read, easy and entertaining in a dramatized Hollywood kind of sense, but the kicker for me was the ending… it was SO unrealistic and, frankly, so poorly thought out that I’m still having difficulty comprehending the reasoning behind it. This book had potential, but the ending ruined it.
