Shortly after I started reading this book, I started thinking - "why am I doing this to myself." it hit too close to home, for personal reasons.
going into it I thought it was a light book about an angel falling from the sky, but what I got was a beautifully written story about grieve and how we sometimes knowingly or unknowingly cling to it, simply because we don't know how to move on.
T.J Klune has a way of taking very funny looking, bizarre prompts and writing about them in a way that hurts and that makes you think about a lot of things.
book is for sure not for everyone, but I had a good time. laughed, cried (more one than the other).
maybe it was because I could relate to the main character, been through the same journey and my 5Star rating is a bit biased, but I still think it's a good book.
