Thérèse Raquin by Émile Zola

My god, this was so long to read, i'm really not a fan of Zola's style. It was way too descriptive, and all the characters are unlikeable, on purpose i know, but there's nothing that made me interested in them, the tension leading to the murder was alright, but after that it just dragged until the final scene, which is just brutal and unsatisfying.
