The clocks went back last night and I used my extra hour well, curled up in bed and reading this book - perfect lazy Sunday reading. As with book one, the characters and story aren't especially astonishing, but I was easily sucked in to the story and once again found myself put through an emotional wringer as the book drew to a close. The final book in the trilogy has been really well set up and I have high hopes that it will be the first McCabe book to get a fourth star from me, when I read it on a lazy Sunday still to come.
