Wild Side by Elsie Silver is the third book of her Rose Hill series. It is a contemporary romance. So far every book in this series has been a five star read for me, this one included.

GUYS. Seriously. Every time I think that Elsie Silver can’t write a better book, she proves me wrong. This book. “It’s just… There’s an energy.” I love this one so much. Move over grumpy/sunshine romances, I’m here for the grumpy/grumpy romance. Tabitha and Rhys each had my heart from the start.

I’ve never read a professional wrestler romance and the whole time I was picturing Roman Reigns from WWE. And then I got to the acknowledgements and, surprise, Elsie specifically mentions him! She drew inspiration for his character from several pro wrestlers.

I love Tabitha. She’s so deliciously matter of fact and mean with a heart of gold. And Rhys won me over with his scowls and willing to do absolutely anything for Milo. I had SO MANY questions about Tabitha and Rhys from the prior book and this settled all of it. There’s also not really a third act break up, so I love that.

This is definitely my fave Elsie series and I am excited for the next one with the glimpses we have here of Bash and Gwen.
