Very easy and flowing read. A lot of potential for learning for teenage/YA readers. This book should not be a "self-help" book though. It was a good memoir, I liked reading about Arden's life and how she expanded upon some things she talks about in her videos (OCD, for example). She shows how she got through her life, but it does not tell you how to "become an adult" in your own life. Especially since she writes how peoples ideas and feelings can be completely different from her own, and that is okay. There was a lot of showing of her life, but not so much telling "how to get it together as an adult".
If you want an entertaining and quick read, and some enjoyable Arden Rose humor, read it. If you want a self-help for adulting, maybe there's some better choices out there.
