This was such an enjoyable and inspiring read for me. Whilst not necessarily being a “page turner” I found the memoir form structured around cassette tapes so interesting and thoughtful. The memoir revealed so much about love, human nature, loss, friendship and life - and how life can carry on the move on after tragedy. Also filled with nostalgia, the book had me longing for a 90s teenage hood I never had, and inspired me to use music and art more as a way of connecting with people.
