This made for a great audiobook switch from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone for my 6 year old daughter. I couldn’t find anything that seemed age appropriate for her after HP 1 but this book did the trick. Suspense, girl power, and a magical castle held my daughter’s attention wonderfully and wasn’t too intense. We’re looking forward to listening to the others in this series.
