Beyond the Wall of Sleep by H.P. Lovecraft

4.0

We were always born to be children of the stars. Trapped in suits of mortal flesh. The realm beyond Time and Space was denied to all but a few of us. Only in dreams could we regain a sliver of that cosmic divinity. Only in the dreamscape could we yet again bent the world to our whims and wills.

That world was wrenched from us for a reason. For there was a time, along with our Constructs and creations, we populated the reality with our fears and terrors.

And they still haunt that realm beyond, and we remain in this feeble mortal meat suit. When we may return, to stand up and take back what is ours is truly up to us. To this mortal flesh, and yet Immortal eternal will.
