The first book in the Lord Peter Death Bredon Wimsey series. Introduces Parker and Sugg of Scotland Yard, Peter's gentleman's gentleman, Bunter, the delightful Dowager Duchess and others. It's very funny and very clever. She experiments with a kind of stream of consciousness, or stream of multiple conversations, in the second half of the book. Interesting. I wouldn't miss it if I were you!
