This one was complicated. I liked it, but not as much as the other books from Marley Valentine that I have read. There was a lot going on. Mutual pining best friends, one friend is engaged to be married to a woman. Cheating happens by one of the MCs, but not to each other. I usually don't vibe with that, but it didn't make me as uncomfortable as it usually does, but just be aware. I felt it was a little odd that we got a few chapters from Elana's POV. It felt a little out of place and unnecessary. All in all, this wasn't a bad book, just not my favorite. The story was fine and the characters were great. I will still recommend this because I love Marley.
