I would read Agatha Christie’s grocery list, but I think I’ll stick to her Hercule Poirot mysteries for now. I read this for a buddy read with @heathersquiethour and @taherasplace. “Endless Night” is a standalone novel about Mike and Ellie, and the home they intend to make on the cursed Gypsie’s Acre. I was engaged by the writing, but the plot of “Endless Night” felt all over the place. The pacing of the narration felt off in comparison to her other books I’ve read, and altogether I was disappointed by this read. If you’re a die-hard Christie fan you might enjoy this one, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.
