This was a decent beach read about rich people behaving badly. The tragedy is heavily foreshadowed before it actually happens. The actual plot, when it's moving forward, is good and gives a lot of food for thought.
While I enjoyed this overall, the pacing was inconsistent. There were parts that I couldn't put down, and parts that dragged. I did not care for the ending. While I love complex characters, I found the MC's story arc very frustrating.
