Where the Truth Lives by Mia Sheridan

Some books are really hard to let go of after reading them. They keep running through the brain. I do not doubt that this is one of them. If the first book was a rollercoaster of emotions, this was a war. It punched me and sent my emotions spiralling, but it also taught me. I would recommend reading the trigger warnings. But even so, I could not have prepared myself for the aftermath. I'm in love with Mia Sheridan's writing now. It was everything I expected and more.
