Dancing on Broken Glass
by Ka Hancock
I was not sure I could suspend my disbelief, initially, because there are a lot of problems for the main characters: mental illness, cancer, those two diseases ravaging the main characters' families, and a very unlikely pregnancy. But I found it all believable - without their problems, Lucy and Mickey wouldn't have connected as they did, so it became reasonable. This is a beautiful, touching story.
