I got confused a few times because of the different names and nicknames. I had most of it figured out before the reveal, but the big one did get me. It's very much a plot driven kind of book. The writing is a bit stilted sometimes, but that might be just because it's translated.
Graphic: Death, Violence, Murder, and Toxic friendship
Moderate: Fire/Fire injury, Injury/Injury detail, Blood, Bullying, Confinement, and Alcohol
Minor: Grief, Vomit, and Suicide
