I loved the way the book created it's own world--a task apparently too daunting for a lot of authors. I loved the dictionary at the end. I liked the book and will read the sequels. The only thing is, it was kind of sad at some parts and a little violent. Not the read-out-loud to little ones type book, but good for older school age.
