Sjm brings out the "giver of backhanded compliments" in me.
It's a no plot just vibes kind of book -dont get me wrong I still devoured it .
It didn't need to be this long to be honest, like I get it world building and everything, but considering the book was this big the relationships could have been more nuanced. Back when i read this series in idk 2018 or something chaol was my man, my favorite of all Aelin's love interests, this book made me question that stance lmao. The relationships are not the most healthy relationships I have ever seen but hey - it was a fun read.
