I LOVED THIS BOOK. Omg Nolan is literally everything. Him begging to play chess with Mallory like please, she's the only one he wanted to play with. When she beat him for the first time and he just looked at her. His friend saying that Nolan won't be able to handle it because of the way she laughed. The way he was so sweet to her sisters and helped her overcome her issues with chess like awwww. Her relationship with chess killed me, the guilt she had, the way she felt with her family. I lover her so much i can't. THE ENDING!! I wish there was more to it like the final championship in either of their POV's, but also reading an outside perspective and how he smiled at her after he lost. Like wow she's literally the only person he's happy to lose to. THE QUESTION IF SHE WILL TAKE HIS SPOT AT #1 AND HE JUST SMIRKED. Ali Hazelwood always hits and always knows how to get me man.
