A Quilter's Holiday by Jennifer Chiaverini

3.0

This was a lovely easy to read catch up on my favourite fictional quilters. It was almost like a series of short stories, each one featuring one of the Elm Creek Quilters. The stories all linked and of course there was a happy ending. The Elm Creek Quilters gather on the day after Thanksgiving for what they call their quilter's holiday. Sylvia starts a new tradition, asking each person to contribute a block to their dinner table which symbolises what they have been thankful for in the past year. Diane calls this the official start of the quilting season and it's when they all have set aside the time to work on any of their holiday projects.
