Destiny of Dragons by Jack Campbell

4.0

I love the character development in this installment of the series, though the pacing seemed to drag in places. I think the living characters helped make up for that, and though there are places where things happen conveniently for the plot, it never seems badly contrived.

All in all, the story is executed well, and I will definitely read these again. I think the narrative is tighter and more compelling here than in the Pillars of Reality series.
