The Art of Taking It Easy: How to Cope with Bears, Traffic, and the Rest of Life's Stressors by Brian King

3.0

I think I just read this because I liked the cover and it was short so I was able to get through it quickly. The advice is rather general and shallow (not necessarily wrong and can be good to be reminded of) but it felt like the author was trying too hard to be “quirky” (he’s a comedian which he constantly reminds the readers about). It also felt like he was just trying to brag about his wife and kid in a way that was like “hah! Gotcha!” because someone once claimed he wasn’t stressed because he doesn’t have kids. The latter chapters REALLY lost me, seemed like he ran out of things to talk about so he rambled about a random thing his family likes to do that makes them happy?
