WELL HOLY HOT DAMN.
Let me first day, PHEW. That was SPICY.
Not only is the spice extremely well done, but the drama and plot are there too! A supposed arranged marriage, found family, why choose, step brothers, twin best friends, enemies to loves. WHAT DOES THIS BOOK NOT HAVE.
I love Rooke. He’s probably my favorite character. He’s so sweet and caring. When Patience was going to be with him and he stopped her to talk to Cal, my heart was swooning.
The cliffhanger KILLED me. Is Mr. Reynolds and Patience’s grandfather in the mafia or sex trafficking? honestly i couldn’t even decide, but something dark is DEFINITELY going on.
I immediately need book 2!
