A casa per Natale by L.A. Witt

4.0

Short, enjoyable read.

I will say, it didn't feel particularly Christmas-y at all--I actually forgot it was supposed to be a part of a Christmas series, which isn't ideal. It didn't honestly bother me, but YMMV. I thought the post-war set up was really interesting, and the connection between the two characters was great. I appreciate that the author didn't minimize the difficulties of them being together in that time period, but it also didn't feel overwhelmingly depressing, either. It's a relatively short story, but I thought the author did a great job of making it feel complete.

Smut aspect didn't quite work for me, but I'm picky sometimes.
