Vagina Obscura: An Anatomical Voyage by Rachel E. Gross
5.0
An in-depth exploration of the medical history surrounding vaginas and their usual accessories. I was especially fascinated by how the understanding of vaginas developed over time, and the cultural reflections in that.
The author sparse no details when going through each little part of the vagina, clitoris, ovaries, etc. I feel like I learned a lot of new things, and I’m glad this book exists to educate more about bodies!
