this was absolutely beautiful. like the writing itself could be a painting in the louvre or something. i’m not someone that usually visualizes when i’m reading, but the vivid descriptions made me feel like i was literally right there. this book was written so dreamily and it felt like a memory that hadn’t quite formed yet. and the exploration in this book of women coming into their own…god i’m obsessed
