Little bit of spoilers…

I had this book not only on my shelf but on my kindle-unknowingly-for a very long time and I want to kick myself because I LOVED this! Oh my goodness this book sent me on a hell of a rollercoaster and I loved every second of it! Granted I was led to believe this book was a spicy book and the spice was…not really there. I’m not complaining or anything, I devoured this book but for anyone else that thinks this book is filled with a lot of spice do not be misled in that regard. Though there are sex scenes they just aren’t like graphic or anything! I do have a gripe though with the sex scenes. I usually DNF books that show a virgin having the time of her life on her first go round…like what? 👀 but I digress. Anywho! I really enjoyed the storyline, I was pissed about Rylan and Vikter but was happy when that rapey Lord died by her badass skills.
Hawke-Casteel, I don’t care what his name is, he can do no wrong in my eyes. That man…love him. I definitely saw that twist coming but honestly I feel so vindicated when I guess a storyline and it doesn’t deter me from the series when I do, just want to read it more. I liked his explanation though about the Atlanteans and the Ascended, like I love details like that. And when they did have sex, after she stabbed him in the HEART, yes please 🙏🏾
I enjoyed this book and I’m for sure reading the whole god damn series.
